LinkIt

Support

Practical help for your LinkIt account and library, with direct email support.

Contact LinkIt support

Email support@kajodex.com. Include your platform, LinkIt version, what you did, what you expected, and the exact error message. If the problem concerns synchronization, name each affected device.

Never send a password, sign-in code, full purchase receipt, or secret URL. Include a saved URL only when it is necessary to reproduce the problem and you are comfortable sharing it with support.

Common situations

I cannot finish signing in

  • LinkIt requires a signed-in account and may require email verification before cloud features become available. Check the address carefully and use the resend-verification action in the app if needed.
  • For an email/password account, use the password-reset action instead of sending credentials to support.
  • A provider button works only after that provider is enabled for the current platform and build. If one method is unavailable, use another method already linked to the same LinkIt account or contact support before creating a duplicate account.

A saved link has incomplete details

  • Confirm that the URL opens normally without a private session, organization login, or other access that the LinkIt service cannot use.
  • Some sites block automated retrieval or expose very little metadata. You can still edit the title, summary, category, tags, and collection in LinkIt.
  • If AI processing is enabled, the public page text is sent to the AI processors described in the privacy policy. Disable AI for material you do not want processed that way.

Synchronization is not up to date

  • Keep the device online and signed in to the same verified LinkIt account. LinkIt accounts are separate from other Kajodex product accounts.
  • Cloud synchronization may require an active LinkIt Pro entitlement. Restore purchases in LinkIt if a valid storefront purchase is not reflected.
  • Do not clear app data or uninstall the only device holding an unsynchronized link. Local-only data cannot be recovered from the cloud.

AI processing is delayed

  • AI requests use burst and rolling limits and may pause temporarily when an upstream model is rate-limited. Leave the link in LinkIt and retry after the time shown by the app.
  • A failed AI request does not make the source URL unavailable. You can save or edit basic metadata without AI.

A rich preview does not play or render

  • Media providers can change, remove, region-restrict, or block embeds. Open the original source to check whether the content is still available.
  • Opening an inline preview may connect directly to the provider. Network, privacy, content-blocking, or provider-account settings can affect playback.

A shared collection is missing

  • The recipient must already have a LinkIt account using the email address entered by the owner.
  • Ask the owner to confirm the address and share again. A revoked share disappears from LinkIt, while links copied elsewhere remain outside LinkIt’s control.

A purchase or entitlement is missing

  • Use Restore purchases while signed in to the LinkIt account intended for the purchase and the Apple or Google account that made it.
  • Manage cancellation and billing through the storefront account used for purchase. Deleting LinkIt or deleting its account does not cancel a storefront subscription.
  • For a charge or refund question that the storefront sends to the developer, email billing@kajodex.com. For help identifying an order, email orders@kajodex.com.
